Thanks for the quick reply, Tim. I just figured the problem:

User error! I had attempted a particular Question Bank twice, and had not completed it one of my attempts. I had selected that incomplete attempt while generating the assessment report, leading to the issue I reported earlier.

I'm debating between buying GMATPrep® Question Pack 1 and GMAT Focus. I have 10 days to go before I take my GMAT, and have exhausted the other materials. Will be taking the GMATPrep full-length tests during this time as well.
