Depends upon where you want to go and how competitive your full application would be at that school.
Do you know where you want to apply? What are the median scores for students accepted at those schools? If the median is 700+, 650 (and 33V) would likely be a bit low and hurt your chances. If the median is 650, and you have other great things about your application / profile, then you might be fine. If the median is 600, then you're fine as far as the GMAT goes.
If you have an idea of where you want to go to school, I'd suggest that you post in the "ask an admissions consultant" folder on this forum. Give them more detail about your work experience, your undergrad GPA and major, etc, and ask them whether they think your GMAT score would help you or hurt you at those specific schools.
