PLEASE PROVIDE EXPLANATION FOR ELIMINATING INCORRECT CHOICES AS WELL.

Specifically between D and E.

They are exactly the same except that one uses "many of them X", and other uses "many of which are X".

Why should one be picked over the other? They both look OK.
