Reviews for Santa Clara Center

by gargarjun123 Mon Jan 04, 2010 4:00 pm

Hi,

I have recently taken GMAT and my score was very poor, It was only 570. I am planning to take the test again , but with the better preparation. I scored poorly in verbal, so that's the area where i need to concentrate more.

I am located at bay area and the closest center from my place is Santa Clara. I know someone who went to the NY center and he had great expience, but don't know any one from Santa Clara.I want general opinion about this center. Please share your experience if someone is from this center.

Thanks,

AG

It usually takes 3-7 days to get a reply in this folder.

In this folder, you will get replies from employees of MGMAT. If you want advice from other students in your area, I would suggest that you post your question in the Course Feedback section of the forums.

I used to work out of the Santa Clara site, so I'll give you my advice (but I'm biased of course!). We allow people to sit in on the first session of a class for free; it's called a Trial Class. This way, you can observe the facility and, more importantly, the instructor before you make up your mind. (Though please be aware that there is a limit to the class size; if the class sells out before the first session, then you will not be able to join that class.)

A Wednesday class starts next week; go here to read the instructor's bio (Tommy): http://www.manhattangmat.com/gmat-tutor-wallach.cfm

There's also an upcoming Sunday class with Tim: http://www.manhattangmat.com/gmat-prep-gmat-tutor-sanders.cfm

And a Monday class with Ron: http://www.manhattangmat.com/gmat-prep-instructor-purewal.cfm

If you'd like to sit in on any of these for free, just sign up. There's a link on each class page that says something like "attend the first session for free!" - just click on that link!
