Try to remember everything you can about how things went that day (you can also let us know here - just make sure not to give specific details about actual test questions).
We also need to know (much) more detail about your strengths and weaknesses in the verbal in order to advise you. It's been nearly three months since you took the official test, so your practice test scores are likely out of date now. I'd recommend taking a practice test (under official conditions with essays, as always). Then use the below article to analyze your results.
