Requesting suggestions for B schools

Hi There,

I am planning to apply for my MBA in 2015. I have a GMAT score of 730, and have done my B. Tech from BITS, Pilani with a GPA of 8.74(on scale of 10). I am working with Oracle Financial Services and will have around 2.5 year experience by the time I join. I am very much interested in Finance, and thus want to pursue MBA. I am involved with an NGO during my free time and enjoy reading and dancing.
Requesting for some suggestions on fitting schools and somethings I can do now to improve my candidature.
