Recommended Study Material?

by adriangg2961 Sun Sep 23, 2012 11:12 pm

Hello everyone,

I am doing some research regarding the GMAT so that I can prepare myself for the time when I decide to take it.
My main question, is what resources (books, articles, internet resources, etc...) do you recommend the most to include in a study plan?

I have not yet looked at any practice problems for the 4 sections in the test. However, based on my skills, I can say with confidence that I will struggle the least with any section pertaining to Math; but might struggle with the Verbal section the most.

With that in mind, I'd appreciate some starting advice of what I can use to study for the GMAT.

Thanks everyone,
Adrian

I have the perfect article for you! See here:

(Note: read both parts.)

As a general rule, you need both study material and practice material. The best practice material is official questions - nobody disagrees about that. Study materials, however, come from test prep companies, and every test prep company will tell you that our material is the best! And I'm no exception. We're all obviously biased on that question, so ask others who have used various study materials, read reviews online, go to a bookstore and browse through some books yourself, etc. :)

This is all discussed in the above article. Good luck!
