Hi Guys!
Thanks in advance for your advice. I took a practice exam with the GMAT software and scored in the 69% (percentile). My CR was 70% with 4 wrong answers, SC 79% with 4 wrong answers, and RC 58% with 3 wrong answers, for a total of 11 wrong answers. I only got 11 RC questions total and didn't see an RC passage until the ~15th question. I got 4 wrong answers wrong in the first 10 questions (all CR and SC), which I know hurt my score because I saw less difficult questions as a result. But it seems like my RC percentile is low, even though the proportion of questions wrong on the Verbal section is not significantly different than both SC and CR. I had a similar result on an actual GMAT exam I took a few weeks ago where my RC percentile was WAY below both my SC and RC (both in the ~80% and RC in the 35% range).
My question is, can you basically not get any RC wrong in order to score well percentile wise on the GMAT or are the first 10 questions really that important? Any insight or guidance would be great.
Thanks!
