Why is D - "facing" wrong?

Source is modified from Scoretop, thus not copyrighted?

Scoretop is a banned source. If you modify content from a copyrighted source, you are still using copyrighted material. Sorry! :(

Also, in particular re: Scoretop, the site has allowed "live" questions to be posted, which is both illegal and cheating! So absolutely nothing from there, in any form, is allowed on our site.
