question : when can i take my 6th exam

by yongwookl716 Tue Feb 10, 2015 10:29 am

GMAC says one can take the exam 5 times in a twelve month period.

suppose i took my first exam on July 20th 2015,

does that mean I can take my 6th exam on July 1st 2016?? -- or after the 20th.

I'm not sure, but I would think after July 20th - I think it's a full 12 calendar months.

I have a question: have you actually taken the GMAT 5 times already in the past year?

If not, and this is something that you are thinking about doing in the future, please don't - the GMAT is very expensive and planning to take the test 6 times (or even 4 or 5) is not a good use of your money! It's much better to take the time to do the study that you need to do. 6 times in just over 12 months is about once every 2 months, and nobody's going to have substantial improvement taking the test that frequently.
