Question RE OG 13 # 141

by gabriela.prudencio Fri Jul 19, 2013 11:04 am

[question deleted; please see below]

My question is: I thought that r would be .08. Thus, number of years would be: 70/.08. Can you explain why we should we know to make r=8 vs. .08?

Please read (and follow!) the forum guidelines before posting.

This folder is only for general strategy questions, not content or specific test problems. Check out the content / problem folders and post in the relevant folder depending upon the source of the problem you want to post (and make sure to follow the rules about banned sources**). If you are a course student, you can also ask about other problems or issues before or after class or during section.

**It is not permitted to post OG questions - the copyright owners have invoked their copyright and do not want these questions posted online (even though, yes, we know lots of other sites have - illegally - posted these). See the forum guidelines for the full banned-source list.

If you have access to our OG Archer program, you can find explanations to all OG 13 quant questions and many of the verbal questions.
