Found this question on one of the mock exams.
Is x·|y| > y2?
(1) x > y
(2) y > 0
The correct answer is given as 'D' (both statements are sufficient)
If you take x = 2 and y = 1, then you get x - |y| = Y^2.
For all other valuse of x and y, such that x > y and y>0, we see that y^2 is greater..
Based on this, shouldnt that answer be E? What am I missing?
