No - you will not see all of the questions in the CAT database during the 6 tests. There are more questions than could fill only 6 tests. You will see the questions that you "earn" through your performance on the tests.
Don't take a bunch of tests in a row just to see a lot of questions - that's not worth your time and it's not how you improve. CAT exams are really good for (a) figuring out where you're scoring right now, (b) practicing stamina, and (c) analyzing your strengths and weaknesses. The actual act of just taking the exam is NOT so useful for improving. It's what you do with the test results / between tests that helps you to improve.
(Oh - and, no, we don't put extra-hard or extra-easy or extra-anything questions in on the first few CATs. All of the CATs are run off of the exact same software algorithm pulling from the exact same database. The sole exception is the Free CAT, which still runs off of the exact same software algorithm, but pulls only from a subset of the same database.)
