Purchase of Manhattan GMAT Number Properties From Amazon

I have purchased Manhattan GMAT Number properties book from Amazon.com since Manhattan GMAT books are not available in Lebanese libraries.
Unfortunately, it will take around 5 weeks to receive the book.
Is there anyway that I can start making use of the 6 CAT that come free with purchase of the book?

I'm not sure - the book itself comes with a number that you're supposed to use to activate the CATs. Contact the office (studentservices@manhattangmat.com, skypeID m.gmat, or 800.576.GMAT in the US and Canada) to ask. Maybe they can do something using your receipt or something like that.
