The CAT doesn't change - the question database does slowly get added to and adjusted over time, but there isn't a new or different set of exams.
If you haven't looked at those CAT questions in 3-4+ months, then you can go ahead and take more tests. You'll likely have forgotten most (or all!) of the questions you saw before. Plus, you'll see some new questions - there are a few thousand questions in the database, so you haven't seen them all.
In addition, if you are lifting your score, you will be earning higher-level questions than you were before - again, new questions that you haven't seen.
