problem with the CAT exams

by amijags Tue Aug 10, 2010 2:48 am

Hi
I have a problem with the CAT exams ( 1 year pass ones) The first exam was complete with AWA, quant and verbal sections The second exam that I took had the AWA and quant sections but not the verbal section

Weren't the exams supposed to be full ? I have written to the help desk but havent recieved a reply. My exam is due in 15 days what use will it be to me if this issue is resolved at manhattan's own pace? This probably isn't the right place to post this but I need to resolve this immediately

I'm sorry you're having a problem with the CAT software. Call the office: 800.576.GMAT or skypeid: m.gmat

Yes, the tests are full tests. Clearly something went wrong and you need to talk to tech support, so call right away and explain that your test is in 2 weeks and you've already been waiting however long for a reply to your email. (But be nice, too - people in general are more quick to help people who are nice than those who are rude or grumpy :)

Were you able to talk to someone to figure out the problem?
