problem with getting CAT exams

I bought a used book and registered, using the serial code. However it told me that that two customers cannot use the same code so I do not have access. MY REAL QUESTION is what do I do if I buy a new book because I can't find anywhere on the site to enter a serial code now that I am already registered?

Contact tech support (techsupport@manhattangmat.com or 800.576.GMAT) and they will get the problem worked out for you. (That is, if you buy a new book.)

It is the case that, if you buy a used book, and the other person already used the code, then you will not be able to access the online materials. That's the drawback of buying the book used and I really wish people would make that clear when they sell their books - you should see whether you can get some of your money back from the seller.
