Please don't post GMAT Focus problems until further notice

by skoprince Tue Apr 29, 2008 2:14 pm

Hi, guys

As of now, please don't post GMAT Focus problems. We are in the process of finding out what GMAC's policy is on reproducing these questions online. In the past, they have generally said that sites are not permitted to post any content for which users pay. GMAT Focus is in that group, so we are assuming they will say that we cannot discuss these here.

We'll let you know what they say as soon as we hear from them!

While the question bank may not be 100% representative of the actual GMAT questino pool, it is nice to have access to more real GMAT problems. Just my $0.02 in response to the above : )

Hi Jonathan - You stated that "the question bank may not be 100% representative of the actual GMAT question pool"

Why do you feel this way about the GMAT Focus questions? They definitely do seem different then GMAT Prep Test questions.

Has anyone taken the GMAT recently (since GMAT Focus was introduced) that can verify as to how representative GMAT Focus vs GMAT Prep questions are?

I say this only because the pool is not as deep on the Focus test as on the actual GMAT. Nonetheless, more real problems = good study source : )
