It's possible, yes. They're not supposed to - the people who make the GMAT tell employers they shouldn't be using the test that way - but I have heard stories of some firms that still do want to know your GMAT score, yes. (I've even heard of some firms with highly competitive summer internships asking for GMAT scores as part of that hiring process.)
It's annoying, isn't it? I don't have names of companies that specifically do or don't do this; if you're concerned, you may need to do searches and poke around forums that discuss post-MBA hiring, because their probably isn't an official list anywhere. It's going to be something you find anecdotally.
