Order of difficulty in OG-11

Can we say that first-third of the questions in OG-11 are easy, middle part is medium, and that the last 3rd are high difficulty?

Generally speaking, sure! According to GMAC, the problems do get harder as the numbers get higher in OG11. There are a few questions about which I'm skeptical, personally - there are some whose numbers seem too high or low based on the difficulty that I perceive them to be - but I do believe that they are generally bucketed by order of difficulty.
