GMAT Focus is great, I highly recommend it. Save it for late in your study - these are great as diagnostic "mini-tests" for timed, adaptive, random practice (just like the real thing!). Note that GMAT Focus is quant only.
The paper tests are of limited value. Certainly don't take them as full tests and score them - the real test is nothing like that any longer, and you could actually learn BAD habits by trying to take paper tests as real tests. They can be a good source of questions just for practice, but I would rather that you use more recent questions - the most recent paper test is from 1997. And, honestly, I'd rather that most people do fewer questions than they think they need to do.
Don't make the mistake of doing thousands and thousands of questions without really learning / mastering the questions that you are doing. That's a REALLY inefficient way to study! :)
