OG Archer ,CR 5th edition and IR

by versatile801 Sat May 05, 2012 4:28 pm

hi,

Three Questions :)

1) when is manhattan planning to come out with new OG archer ? any clues ? do you think i should wait for the new archer or start working on the OG 12 archer ?

I am particularly weak in verbal, and i am not sure if OG 12 and OG 13 has major differences.

2) I am working on improving my CR, i have 4th edition of mahanttan, would you suggest me to go for 5th edition

i am taking my gmat end july

3) Do you think IR is more inclined towards quant ?

thanks

Start working with the OG12 Archer. It'll all get converted over automatically when the new one launches, so no worries - you won't lose your work.

No, there are not any major differences between OG12 and OG13. There are some new questions, but the majority of the questions are the same, actually.

For CR, yes, I'd recommend getting the 5th edition. That book changed the most of all of the books.

I think IR is fairly even balanced between quant and verbal, BUT I think that people who are weak in quant will think it's more quant focused and people who are weak in verbal will think it's more verbal focused. Perception (of our own weaknesses) is everything... :)
