Basic: O + O = E
E + E = E
O +E = O
(O or E) * 2 = E
**
in (x + y+ 2z) , 2Z = E.
So (x + y+ 2z) = E if (x + y) = E.
so either both x and y are E or both are O
A is insuffient as we dont know Y
B is insufficient as we dont know X
But when both are combined,
X + Z = E ( so either both E or both O)
Y+Z = E ( So either both E or both O)
since Z is common, if Z is O, both X and Y are O ( or all 3 are E)
then Answer is C
