Missed GMAT exam

Hi,
I have missed my GMAT exam today ( 1st July 2014) due to health issues and couldnt reschedule/cancel it. But I would like to take a test as soon as I feel fine ( probably this week). Is there anyway that I can do this?
The GMAT website says that I can retake a test within 31 days. But since I have never taken the test can I schedule a new exam within this week?
Please help.

Did you show up at the test center? I *think* that if you didn't show up at all, you can go in again right away - but you should call the 800 number on their website to find out. (And let us know what you find out!)
