MGMAT Staff,please help.A desperate cry.

by singh.ambesh Mon Nov 01, 2010 8:43 am

Dear Manhattan GMAT Staff.

My 1 year practise mgmat subcription expired today on 1 Nov 2010.
My gmat is scheduled in just a few days from now.
I want to use the analysis of the exams I had given till now.
This is very urgent as I had used MGMAT practise tests as the main tool to to supplement my preparation.
Would be disastarous if I loose the analysis of these tests.
I am willing to renew my subscription if that is required but I dont want to loose the data of the exams given so far.
I dont want all my tests to be reseted, hence I have not yet purchased a new subsription of mgmat test as I fear that would cause me to loose all my analysis.
I am willing to bear the renewal charges, just that I want all the analysis of tests I have given so far.

I am in distress. Please help. Reply urgently

We never delete your data; it's all still there. :)

Call (800.576.GMAT) or email (studentservices@manhattangmat.com) the office and they'll help you.

For future, if you have account or technical questions or issues, please always contact the office directly. This part of the forums is moderated by teachers and we can't do anything to help you with account or technical issues!
