The algorithm is the same - you wouldn't automatically get a better score because it's the second round. BUT, the question pool is also the same - so the real question is: did you see questions that you remembered seeing before? If so, how many? How well did you remember - did you know what the right answer was already?
If you saw repeated questions, did you answer them more quickly than you would have if they'd been completely new? That could really inflate your score because that would also give you an artificial time advantage.
Did you do the essays? Did you take the test under 100% official conditions? Skipping the essays or taking longer breaks than allowed might also inflate your score.
If you didn't see repeats (or didn't remember any if you did), and you did the test under 100% official conditions, then congratulations - you earned that score! :)
