Matching the OG to the strategy guides

Hi, I bought the three OG books beforehand so I have the 11th edition. Then I realized that the 4th edition strategy guides correspond to the 12th edition of the OG, so is it necessary for me to a 12th edition OG or is there some way for me to match up the strategy guides to the 11th edition OG? I know that in the strategy guides it specifically mentions question numbers and problem type in the OG so will that be a problem if I use the 4th edition guides with the 11th edition OG? Thanks.

You can find conversion charts here for the roughly 600 problems that are the same in both books:

These charts do NOT contain the roughly 200 OG11 questions that do not appear in OG12. So you'll be able to convert most of the problems but not all of them.
