Manhattan RC Guide Sample Question Difficulty

I am using the Manhattan Reading Comprehension Guide, 13th Ed. to study. Chapter 7 of the guide contains several passages with problem sets. These problems do not give any information about their difficulty level. Is that information available anywhere?

It would be helpful to know the difficulty level of questions I am missing in order to better focus my studies.

The strategy guides contain problems that are not particularly designed to be GMAT-type questions, so it wouldn't make much sense to try to assign difficulties to them on a GMAT-type scale. The bigger question is how knowing any difficulties would help you in your study process. Can you explain how you use this information to assist you?
