can anyone tell what is latest edition of manhattan mba guide?
and is 4th edition is still fine with the preparation for 2012 admission?

We don't have an MBA guide - we only do the test itself. Are you asking about our GMAT guides?
The 4th edition is the current edition, and it is valid until June of 2012. In June of 2012, the GMAT will change. We'll have new books out in March (I think) that will address the new version of the GMAT starting in June.
