Manhattan gmat book.

Hello.. I got the manhattan gmat SC book 4th edition from barns and nobels couple of months back. I don't see the sticker that should be on the inside back cover of the book.
What should I do to get the online access?

I was earlier calling some other number (I guess manhattan office) they asked me for recipt, which I lost.
