Hello Instructors,
I am a Native Indian, did my schooling in India.. Working in an Indian IT firm.
I have been here in USA for 2 years now, associated with same IT firm. I am taking my GMAT and was thinking if I need TOEFL?

It depends on the school, actually. You'll have to look at the websites of the schools to which you plan to apply.
