Is there an overlap between OG10 and GMAT Prep questions?

by vicksikand Tue Nov 02, 2010 8:56 am

Is there an overlap between the OG10 and GmatPrep questions? I have exhausted most of my OG-resources and am inclined to practice the OG10 (Verbal) problems.

On the flip side, I dont want to practice the OG10 questions if they are going to show up on GmatPrep.

It's possibly but not very likely. The larger overlap is between OG10 and OG11/12 and the Verbal and Quant review books.

Aside: if you are in the home stretch and just looking for a few extra practice problems in the final couple of weeks, then your plan is fine. If you're still a ways from your goal score and trying to learn, then stop doing so many problems and start analyzing the problems you've already done. Most of your learning comes from the time you spend analyzing problems after trying them in the first place.

Finally, another official source for quant practice problems is GMAT Focus (www.gmatfocus.com).
