I subscribed myself to deltacourse free email.I think those are poor that's why they are providing those free. By the way is Delta course a banned and suspicious site?Is it harmful to accept free emails from delta course?

I've never heard of it, so I can't tell you whether it's good or bad, or whether it might be illegal. If you think the quality of the material is poor, though, then I would suggest you stop using it. :)
