Introduction, my first time to this forum

by conrad_egusa Thu Nov 05, 2009 6:26 pm

Hi everyone,

My name is Conrad and this is my first time to the forum. I have not officially taken the GMAT, but right now I am scoring around a 750 (CAT tests from Manhattan GMAT, Knewton, and Princeton Review.)

I hope to contribute to this forum and improve my own score as well. Although I do not plan to attend business school immediately, I am hoping to enter into a top 10 business school within the next 5 years.

On another note, I have heard some great things about Manhattan GMAT. I have never used them, but from my friends who go to Columbia, they have a great reputation.

Hi, Conrad

I appreciate your desire to help students. Unfortunately, we don't host posts from competitors of our company. We would feel the need to thoroughly review posts from non-MGMAT advice-givers, in order to ensure that we agree with the information you're providing, and we simply don't have the time to do that.

If you would like to use our forums as a student, please do so. Please do not, however, combine any "student" posts with your work as a representative of a competing test prep company, including providing advice as an "expert" (as opposed to giving your opinion about something from your own experience as a student). I'm going to be deleting the current items you've posted that cross the line into this "expert advice-giver" category.

We do encourage you and your company to start your own forums; students can always use more help from a variety of sources.

Good luck when you take the official test!
