In the figure above, points p and q

After re-evaluating this question (at the time of knowing the right answer) I guess that the imaginary triangle that can be formed in the second quadrant (point OP and x axis(z)) means that it is a 30 60 90 triangle means that angle poz is 30 degrees.

So 30+90+ opposite side (quadrant 1 imaginary triangle (QO y) is 60 degrees and the x and y coordinates of point Q are the opposite of point P.

It makes sense now but can someone help me recognize this a little easier? Did I miss anything that can help simplify the problem? Obviously I get it now but hopefully someone has a quicker solution.
