The official answer is D .
But I could not understand why.. According to the explanation , ' which had 2100 employees.' refers back to Statkarft . but there is no 'AND ' (parallel marker ) before which to refer back to the subject .Please help me if I missed somthing here.

yeah, well, a good writer would write that one as "statkraft, a xxxxxx that produced yyyyy..." so, if i were you, i just wouldn't worry about this one.

but, again, you should treat random third-party sources with caution.
more importantly, you shouldn't need random third-party sources. if you are reviewing official problems in sufficient depth, those should be more than adequate for your study needs. (if you "run out" of official problems, then you are not reviewing them in nearly enough depth, and/or you have been studying for WAY too long.)
