Hi there,
I just started with the studying of GMAT and now I am literally looking at the list of Idiom in the book.
What is the most effective way to deal with this list? Flash card? Memorize?
What is most effective for you?

I would suggest just using the idiom list when you find yourself caught out by an idiom in a problem. That's the best time to make a flashcard. You'll find that you probably know most of the idioms already.
