hypothetical subjunctive

by ayushdabas89 Tue May 10, 2011 2:24 pm

i have a doubt regarding the example given on page 112.

Right: To overcome my fear of germs,i will think about disease as though it were harmless.

its mentioned on page 113 that IF hypothetical then conditional.

wanted to know whether 'i would think about disease as though it were harmless' considered wrong.

Please make sure to read (and follow!) the forum guidelines before posting.

This folder is for overall questions of strategy or how to study. The question you are asking belongs (I think) in the MGMAT Verbal Strategy Guides folder. (I say "I think" because you just mention a page number - I'm guessing you're referring to one of our strategy guides, but I'm not sure!)

Please check the guidelines and repost your question in the appropriate folder. Thanks!
