Your quant score is very good, so that's good news. In order to reach 730, if your quant score stays at 47, you'd pretty much need a 99th percentile score on the verbal, so you should assume that you are going to have to improve quant as well - it's not reasonable to assume that you'll improve verbal all the way to the highest score without doing anything about quant.
You don't mention whether you want to study on your own, take a class, or work with a tutor. Because you have taken it three times already (and, I'm assuming, studied on your own during those times), you may want to think about some outside help this time in the form of a class or tutor.
