How important is IR

I gave my GMAT on 13th of this month and the scores have come in today.

Quant: 49
Verbal:41
Total:740

IR: 4 :(
AWA: 5

With such a poor score in IR, is it worth applying?

You are totally 100% fine. Awesome, actually. The IR score really doesn't matter. (At least not right now. In a few years, the story will be different, but if you're applying this year, you're fine!)
