Look at your percentile rankings, not just the raw scores; the two sections are not scored on the same scale. Your verbal is a bit better than your quant.
Q46 is the 68th percentile. V35 is the 75th percentile. A score of V40 is the 90th percentile - a VERY high score.
I'm going to guess that you meant to say that you scored 45 on GMATPrep (since 51 is the highest raw score) - yes?
In terms of how good the scores are overall, that really depends on the schools to which you plan to apply. :) You've got a solid base in both Q and V, scores that are good enough for many schools, though some schools would want higher scores.
