On the actual GMAT about what percentage of questions are"inequalities"?

It varies from test to test. You'll probably see at least two and perhaps as many as six or eight questions that include inequality signs - though this doesn't necessarily mean they are all questions focused on inequality concepts. Eg, a question might tell you that x < 0, but that's just conveying the information that x is negative.
