GMAT Subscore Reporting

Hi, I had a quick question about GMAT reporting on business school applications for the top 20 programs. I know you report your overall score, but...

1) Do you also report the scores for each subsection?

2) Do you have to report the percentile ranking of each subsection as well?

I know each school is different but I was curious if there is a standard practice for most applications.
