I personally think they're too outdated. The GMAT was last given on paper in 1997. I first took the GMAT—yes, on paper!—in 1997 and it was definitely easier than taking the CAT. I don't think it's a great idea to practice with something that's going to feel easier than the real test.
It's your call, of course. If it were me, I would pay for (much) more recent material: Official Guide, GMATPrep questions and tests, GMAT Focus...
