GMAT 700 (Q:49, 87%ile: V:35, 73%ile)

by phs0705 Sun Oct 04, 2009 4:27 am

Hello,

I have scored 700 (Q:49, 87%ile: V:35, 73%ile) in GMAT.

I am a Mechanical Engineer with 67% and 6 year full time industry experience.
My work experience has been diversified. In that I have a 2-year work-ex in Product Design and Development in tire industry, 1.5 year in Business Development for an engineering KPO and above 2.5 years as a Engineer-Analyst (FEA) in KPO.

Does this variation stand to benefit me or would it be looked as some negative??
My achievements in the various capacities have been laudatory but have not really culminated into substantial growth in responsibilities due to frequent changes.

As of extra curricular activities my participation in the branch engineering association in my college is all I have worth mentioning.

My target colleges are IIM, Bangalore, INSEAD (i have a 4 month experience in France as a consultant), NSU, AIM, ISB.

What are my chances ??

Thanks in advance.

Great job on the test! And great questions. Unfortunately, this folder is all about the GMAT, not admissions. :)

You can copy your post and re-post it in the Ask An Admissions Consultant folder; they're the best ones to help with your specific questions.

Good luck - let us know how it goes!
