I'd just add my bit here for I think this might make it easier to understand the rule(s):
ran aground & leak - are two different activities as Ron mentioned in one of his posts above.
It would be easier to understand this statement if we know that "ship ran aground" means "ship crashed into land of one form or another". So, now, these would make complete sense:
"ship crashed & leaked" or "ship crashed, [as a result], leaking oil into.."
Also, now we can make out that ship crashed WHILE leaking - can't be true because these couldn't be two simultaneous activities.

Is this not wrong because the telescope had already been invented and its a past activity, So Invented should be always used for any discovery in the past, because discoveries are a matter of past.

Isnt this a correct Version:

Scientists Invented Motorcycle

OR

Galileo invented Telescope.

Please Comment ?

The negative of "invented" is "did not invent". "Did not" is in the past tense.

... But you are challenging the question. In fact, you actually wrote "Is this not wrong because...?" That's a direct challenge.

Don't think like that. You should be asking what's wrong with YOUR thought process, not what's wrong with the question. Nothing is ever wrong with the question.

would you please help check my another approaching that puting "even though" and "but" together is a redundant idiom, so i cross off it, whenever see "even though" and "but" appear together in one sentence, we can cross off it.

in choice E, that pairing is worse than just "redundant"—it actually makes that choice a non-sentence.
each one of those, individually, can connect the two contrasting sentences... but you can't use both at the same time!

it's like this:

Because the flight has been cancelled, Joe won't make it back home tonight.
... ok

The flight has been cancelled, so Joe won't make it back home tonight.
... also ok

Because the flight has been cancelled, so Joe won't make it back home tonight.
... this is not a sentence.
