if you ignore the modifiers, you're left with "(complete sentence) + but + (other complete sentence)", a construction that certainly should not seem strange or incorrect.

would you please help check my another approaching that puting "even though" and "but" together is a
redundant idiom, so i cross off it, whenever see "even though" and "but" appear together in one sentence, we can cross off it.
