Fourth Edition prep sets vs Fifth Edition prep sets

I am about to start preparing to write the GMAT. I bought the Fourth Edition of the complete prep set from Manhattan GMAT last year (2011). Unfortunately, I did not get round to taking the GMAT last year due to various constraints. I intend on taking the exam in October of this year but I'm now faced with a bit of a quandary. I live in South Africa, so I invested close to US$ 500 in buying and shipping the Fourth Edition prep sets. I now see that there is a Fifth Edition of the prep set. Is it necessary for me to invest another US$ 500 in the prep set, in which case I may have to reconsider, or are the Fourth Edition and Fifth Edition prep sets very similar. Are there material changes or can I still prepare using Fourth Edition prep sets?
