Foundations of Math ll-FDP Drill #2 Question #3

by blessenfrancis Wed Apr 20, 2011 3:06 pm

Two jars that are both half full of liquid are poured into an empty bucket. If the bucket has three times the capacity of each jar, what portion of the bucket is now full?

Thank you,

hi --
i noticed that you haven't been on the forum for long -- welcome.

two things:

1) this is the wrong folder for this post; this folder is for GMAT PREP SOFTWARE problems only. please re-post this thread in the General Math folder.

2) if there are answer choices for this question (i'm not sure if there are -- i haven't seen the foundations problems), please post them along with the question, per forum rules.

thanks
