First GMAT try 600 Q39 V 34 Second try 620 Q42 V34

I took the GMAT a year ago and got 600 and then yesterday with very little improvement to a 620. I am apply for fall 2015 and I am very worried about my score. I read through all the MGMAT strategy guides and worked through problems and made flash cards. What help can you provide please?
