I'm not entirely clear on your question. You've taken the real exam and want to get a better score? You haven't taken the exam yet but you want to do better than you are currently doing on your practice tests?
What have you been scoring on practice tests? What do you want to score on the real test? What have you been using to study? (Note: I know that you used the CATs and OGs to practice, but that's not the same thing as studying - you use CATs and OGs to see whether you've learned what you studied, but simply doing problems does not actually teach you how to get better.)
We would be happy to advise you, but we need a lot of information from you on your goals, strengths, and weaknesses in order to do so.

(Note: do not just list the data. Actually tell us what you think it means.
